Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Operate kitchen equipment and appliances to prepare and cook food items.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is free of clutter and mess.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive dining experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset, but not required.

Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
