Job Summary

Charger Logistics is a leading asset-based carrier seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Supply Chain metrics to optimize freight transport, logistics, and warehousing operations
  • Prepare and analyze financial dashboards to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement
  • Collaborate with the finance department and operations management team to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Provide monthly reporting on key performance measures, including cost center spending, capital expenditures, and customer volumes
  • Conduct equipment productivity reviews and analyze customer pricing against cost benchmarks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5-7 years of related experience in accounting/finance
  • Previous experience working with Sage300 is an asset
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
