About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team at 14436831 CANADA INC. As an Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other administrative staff members to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Meeting Management: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure that important information is captured and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Support: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that the company's interests are protected.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of employees and customers.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure that important documents and records are easily accessible and secure.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of administrative staff members and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Work Environment Evaluation: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent disease or injury.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
