Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our facilities and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that performance standards are met and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair principles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making authority.
