Job Summary:

AUG Signals is seeking a skilled Product Technician to join our team. As a Product Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install electronic components and systems
  • Repair and troubleshoot electronic components and systems
  • Perform quality assurance and testing
  • Identify and label products that fail testing
  • Collaborate with the Production Engineer to determine common failure modes and support troubleshooting or process improvement
  • Create and test product prototypes
  • Track live data of devices and functions
  • Provide online and onsite customer support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product manufacturing or relevant field
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant certificate or license may be required
  • Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design
  • Experience in soldering and general troubleshooting for manufacturing failures
  • Ability to work with and read detailed technical documentation and guidance
