Restaurant Operations Manager

At Host India Cuisine, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-15 staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to meet budget requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints.
- Manage events and ensure smooth execution.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
