Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at Softline™ Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and design, with experience in providing business and technical advice to clients.

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing systems solutions, and providing technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective program/service delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide business and technical advice to clients, leveraging OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze business requirements and design systems solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Implement systems solutions, ensuring compliance with OPS standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.
  4. Conduct Quality Assurance Testing to ensure systems meet client requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and agreements.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • System/Business Analyst experience: 40%
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with OPS standards.
  • Experience in carrying out Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancy levels.

Technical Skills: 30%

  • Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development.
  • Experience working with Wireframes, Use Cases, and User Stories.

Project experience: 30%

  • Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services.
  • Knowledge and experience with Address Lookup services and Government Payment Gateway.
