About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
