Inside Sales Representative

Superior Propane is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building instant rapport with customers, determining their needs, and developing new leads. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, positioning solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior family or increasing their footprint with us.
  • Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the sale
  • Manage your funnel through active follow up.
  • Contribute to customer retention though top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.
  • Feed the commercial sales team funnel, by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow up by the right expert.
  • Work with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers get a great onboarding experience.
Requirements:
  • Three years of experience working with customers (bonus points for sales)
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Customer focused relationship builder
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and quick to learn new applications
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is a bonus
  • Bilingual in French and/or Spanish? We're actively looking for bilingual reps
