Mortgage Servicing and Creditor Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Servicing and Creditor Insurance Specialist to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a key member of our Creditor Insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and expertise in creditor insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience and Service: Provide internal and external customers with specialized advice on creditor insurance products, based on analysis of the situation and relevant concepts and policies.
- Problem Solving: Analyze problems, decide on the most appropriate solution, and identify hidden problems and refer to relevant procedures, policies, and principles.
- Coaching and Relationship Building: Coach and support branches to develop the knowledge needed to correct creditor insurance customer issues at the first point of contact.
- Experience: Proven experience in a contact centre environment, with self-management skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Language: Fluency in French and English to serve our clients in the community.
