About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at SKYMOON FOODS. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Processing Meat
    • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
    • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
    • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Meat Preparation and Display
    • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
    • Wrap and package prepared meats
    • Remove bones from meat
    • Grind meats to meet customer requirements
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Assist customers in selecting the right meat products
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our meat products and services
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
