Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at New Era Floor Gallery Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail sales or supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be required to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
