Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Noodlebox. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
