Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Creative Impex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders and shipments.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and other departments.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on new procedures, policies, and equipment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
