Position Overview

We are excited to announce the launch of a new two-year Project Management program, which aims to serve a diverse student body. To ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of this initiative, we are seeking a dedicated Program Advisor.

Your Role

As a Program Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to enhance student success, focusing on timely program completion and continued enrollment. You will manage a series of activities designed to promote program engagement, including:

  • Monitoring Student Engagement: Proactively follow up with students to ensure they remain on track with their studies and address any potential challenges they may face.
  • Facilitating Re-Enrollment: Reach out to students who have withdrawn or are on leave to provide support and encourage their return to the program.
  • Connecting with Support Services: Link students to various resources, including academic assistance, financial services, IT support, and tutoring.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An undergraduate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in student services or customer support.
  • A strong commitment to exceptional service and student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
