Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Functional Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in the creation and implementation of processes that drive business growth and efficiency.

The Functional Lead Analyst will be responsible for providing event/promotional support for a designated Customer Supply Chain team. This includes providing and implementing recommendations aimed at improving event/promotional activities and customer inventory. You will also partner with Mars Sales and Customer Demand Planning teams to facilitate the flawless execution of customer-specific programs as well as seasonal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and maintenance of Canada Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional technology initiatives and translate process design into functional requirements.
  • Manage process integration, support, conformance, and aftercare.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations through monitoring and troubleshooting systemic issues.
  • Manage impacts/net change across applications and support system administration via strong documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding/training of Key Users and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues leveraging Mars Global Services.
  • Ensure process consistency and methodology, addressing adherence gaps with functional leaders.
  • Maintain/update swim lanes and process documentation.
  • Stress test Mars business systems software updates/releases to identify issues.
  • Support Supply Chain during downtime/server issues/restoration and annual E2E testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Transformation project lead.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree – Supply Chain or Business degree preferred.
  • Understanding of Retail Link, GRS, or other ERP/inventory systems.
  • Experience in FMCG and prior experience in a direct customer-facing role.
  • Microsoft Dynamics/1NAVision – Required.
  • EDI Process Flow - Required.
  • Salesforce – Nice to have.
  • Mulesoft – Nice to have.
