About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2 3 1 3 2 3 6 O N T A R I O I N C. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and meet the physical demands of the role.
