We are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to join our team at BrokerLink, working from one of our offices in the Southern Ontario Region on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of walk-in clients and incoming calls
- Support the Commercial Insurance Account Executive
- Deliver prompt service to clients by providing guidance, addressing concerns, and clarifying insurance details
- Process all incoming commercial documentation
- Assist clients with quotes, review existing coverage, and update client records
- Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue insurance certificates
- Handle endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Communicate with insurance providers, negotiate with underwriters on behalf of clients, and follow up on claims status
- Gather additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications
Qualifications:
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
- 2-5 years of experience in an office setting
- Commercial insurance experience is an asset
- RIBO License is a plus
- Familiarity with Epic is advantageous
- Previous sales experience is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
