About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ALLTIME INVESTMENTS INC. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Balance daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.
  • Account Management: Open and close personal and commercial accounts, processing banking transactions with precision and care.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Client Support: Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning clients' accounts, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Account Setup: Process received information required to open accounts and savings plans, as well as purchasing bonds.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
