Commercial Services Director

About the Role:
Dufferin Aggregates, a division of CRH Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and key performance indicators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Oversee customer service to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Communicate marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and performance objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy and annual budget process.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in business or economics with 10+ years of experience in the aggregates industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team and/or sales organization within a matrix-driven environment.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and communicate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience operating in and influencing at a strategic level.
- Customer-focused and adaptable with superb communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
