Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the client servicing technology team and drive the success of key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale technology projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Technical background with a strong understanding of technology project management principles and methodologies.
  • PMP certification and experience in managing large-scale technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing API/Batch file integrations.
