About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join our team in a Full-Time Hybrid role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and follow-up on opportunities in a timely manner
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio requiring strong organizational skills
  • Effectively communicate with various parties involved in the claim's investigation process
  • Review and interpret policies to confirm coverage and complete liability investigation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate file documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims adjusting
  • Strong working knowledge of third-party liability claims
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced numerical calculations
  • Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIP designation or working towards designation
  • Previous claim adjusting experience
