Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Sales Manager to join our team at CAN ASIA ENTERPRISES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
