About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Groupe Crédit Agricole. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will provide strategic support and guidance to the Executive Director, ensuring the successful execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Executive Director on business development, operations, and management
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's continued success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or advisory role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
