Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Physioplus Health and Wellness. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process information, and perform data entry as needed.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as required.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
