Job Title: Strategic Development Program Trainee

About the Role:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase journey to gain in-depth knowledge of our business operations. From shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond, you will be immersed in every aspect of our organization.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Discover the core of our operations, learning about the products we sell, their journey from vendors to customers, and the various levels of sales support.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statements.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Take your skills to the next level, troubleshooting and resolving service issues, and managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Learn to identify new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5: Career Empowerment

  • Empowered to utilize the skills developed throughout the program, you will determine your ideal career path and continue to grow within our organization.

Requirements:

  • College or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
