About the Role

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organizational development and human resources initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure effective leadership and management practices.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the organization's interests.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.

Language
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule
