Job Overview

SEHJAS HOMES LTD. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain project requirements.
  • Apply, level, and smooth plaster coats to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.
  • Finish corners and angles, creating decorative designs in the finish coat as needed.
  • Mix plaster components to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster elements, including panels, cornices, and trim.
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry appropriately.
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials on walls and ceilings.
  • Trowel or spray stucco coats on building exteriors to create weather-resistant surfaces.
  • Prepare layouts for walls and ceilings.
