Quality Control Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AAHAR FOODS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, setting up chemical experiments, and compiling records for analytical studies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Ensure that all laboratory equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Set Up Chemical Experiments: Design and set up chemical experiments, tests, and analyses to ensure the quality of our products.
- Compile Records: Compile and maintain accurate records of analytical studies, including data collection and reporting.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Ensure that all GMP procedures are followed to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Assist in Developing Programs: Assist in the development of programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in Development of Standards: Assist in the development of standards, health, and safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in Safety Audits: Participate in safety audits and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect Products: Inspect products at various stages of processing to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Develop Operational Procedures: Assist in the development of operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ensure Safety Procedures: Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Perform Pre-Operational Inspection: Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Establish Operational Procedures: Establish operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Conduct Quality Audits: Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- HACCP Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of HACCP principles and practices.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Have experience in quality assurance and control, particularly in the food industry.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
