Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services for the hotel.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Maintenance and Facilities: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 32-35 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
