Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and the general public with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect inquiries, and provide necessary assistance to residents.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all office equipment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, mail sorting, and photocopying.
  • Monitor security systems and respond appropriately to any emergency situations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
