Restaurant Manager Job Description

Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
