Student Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruiter to join our team at CPA Ontario. As a key member of our Student Recruitment Team, you will play a vital role in promoting the CPA brand and designation, and attracting new students to our program.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the CPA brand and designation through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student engagement and outreach, including planning and participating in events, workshops, and conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high schools, agencies, and other organizations.
- Source new sponsorship and partnership opportunities, and develop new relationships to support our recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop messaging, collateral, and digital marketing strategies to support our recruitment goals.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as student engagement, on-campus liaison, sponsorship or partnerships management, business development, public relations, marketing, and/or communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Able to motivate and inspire others, and build and nurture relationships with ease.
