Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Conference/Office Assistant. This role will provide administrative support for our training programs and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with conference organization and marketing efforts
  • Manage relationships with delegates, speakers, and sponsors
  • Support training program sales and logistics planning
  • Coordinate training materials and resources
Requirements
  • Experience in administration and fast-paced office environments
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent time-management and project management abilities
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field
  • Advanced MS Office skills
