About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our premium product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Data Management: Enter and update customer and order information into our database.
  • Customer Consultations: Meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Requirements
  • Interior Design Expertise: Have a strong understanding of luxury interior design and be able to effectively communicate product recommendations to customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Time Management Skills: Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to effectively use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
