Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client Focus: Excellent customer service skills and ability to address customer complaints.
- Dependability: Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
