Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworkingConstruction General Labourer to join our team. This is a full-time position offering steady employment and the opportunity to grow within the company. Wages are based on individual skill set and experience, with a probationary period in place.

The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of construction practices, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. We value reliability, safety, and a positive attitude on every job site.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support tradespeople and supervisors as needed throughout projects.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties as required to support project completion.

Qualifications:

- General understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and working in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Previous construction experience is an asset but not required.
