At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Developerto join our fast-paced, energetic team working out of any of our locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy problem-solving individual to be a part of the future of agriculture. In this role you will implement BI software and systems including integration with database and data warehouse. You will develop easy to understand reporting and data analysis to aid management with business decisions. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with partners to define data needs and tailored BI solutions
- Analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and provide insights
- Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions
- Create robust, scalable BI solutions and data architectures that integrate with existing business systems
- Train end-users and provide support to enhance useability
- Assist with development and maintenance of data governance frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners
- Contribute or lead projects focused on data analytics and business intelligence

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Clear and concise communication of complex issues in a straightforward manner
- Strong information seeking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, database management, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP)
- Experience with data warehouse design and data mining
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 3-5 years in BI development or data analysis, with proven experience in data governance and quality management
- Certifications in BI technologies and data governance frameworks
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed
