About this role

We are recruiting for a Project Manager/ Estimator to join our Service division in the Burnaby office.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of Service work and service work orders, including estimating, planning, resource coordination, procurement, billing, communication, and customer service.

- Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service Teams to ensure service work meets scope, schedule, and customer expectations.

- Coordinate communications with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Ensure accurate and timely billing and payment.

- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations for all service work and obtain necessary permits.

- Lead a culture of safety, adhere to and sponsor safety rules and procedures.

- Manage and grow assigned client accounts by building strong relationships, identifying service opportunities, and ensuring consistent delivery of value and satisfaction.

Your experience and skills

- Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or estimating in a related industry.

- Basic understanding of contract law, project management and estimating.

- Electrical TQ, Electrical engineering degree, diploma, or other relevant education required.

- Proficient in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, are an asset.

- You must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good organizational skills.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
