Quality Cell Leader – Night shift

On behalf of our client in Kitchener, we are looking for a Quality Cell Leader for injection molding, to help encourage and develop employees while ensuring, managing, and maintaining the quality of production to start immediately.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with Team Leads prior to, and after each shift to ensure any quality issues are resolved

- Assessing quality, performing inspections, and escalating any concerns

- Use of gauges, jigs and Vernier calipers

- Training operators on how to complete process inspection and scrap reports

- Providing orientation, training, and evaluating employees on performance

- Communicating effectively with all other team members

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

- Strong attention to detail and safety precautions

- Notable experience with precise measuring equipment

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (25kg)

- CSA Approved Footwear

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in English

- Reliable, punctual and dependable
