What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as affidavits, applications, agreements, and court filings with a high level of attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, court officers, and opposing counsel with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage scheduling, file organization, and case preparation to ensure smooth legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
- Utilize legal software and Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) for efficient case management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
- Comprehensive knowledge of family law procedures and required legal documentation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and legal software.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

- Starting salary: $50,000.00 (commensurate with experience, exceptional experience will be considered in negotiating outside of ranges provided)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM – in-office position with the possibility o work from home.
