You are detail-oriented, analytical, and persistent when it comes to investigating software defects. Your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work seamlessly with developers, testers, and technical specialists, even across distributed global teams. You are motivated by challenges, quick to learn emerging tools and technologies, and committed to upholding the highest standards of product quality. Your familiarity with EDA/CAE software and tools like Ansys HFSS, along with your experience in large-scale commercial software testing, makes you a valuable contributor to any engineering team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, specifying, and writing comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining test scripts for both manual and automated test environments.
- Conducting functional, regression, application, and performance testing to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Creating detailed test plans, participating in defect management processes, and tracking testing metrics.
- Collaborating closely with developers and technical specialists to understand, reproduce, and resolve product defects.
- Working across diverse computing environments, including Windows, Linux, virtual machines, compute clusters, and cloud platforms.
- Ensuring that product releases meet feature specifications and quality standards before approval for deployment.

What You’ll Need:
- BS in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience, or MS with at least 1 year of experience.
- Technical expertise in high-frequency principles and applications, including RF and microwave electronics, antennas, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Experience with software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with computing environments such as Windows, Linux, virtual machines, compute clusters, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with EDA/CAE software and analysis tools (Ansys HFSS experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create, modify, and maintain complex test scripts.
