As a Senior IT Technician, you bring at least five years of proven experience as an IT Support Technician or Consultant, ideally honed within a Managed Services Provider environment. While certifications, formal education, and specialized training are highly valued, your expertise speaks loudest through your mastery of Windows Server, Modern Workplace, security, network architecture, Microsoft 365, and Azure/AWS/Cloud Services. You’ve successfully deployed and managed a broad spectrum of IT infrastructure and systems, showcasing your ability to architect robust solutions tailored to client needs.

Your passion for technology drives you. You thrive on solving complex challenges, leveraging your sharp troubleshooting skills to devise and implement effective solutions—whether working independently or collaborating with our seasoned team of professionals. A self‑starter with a hunger for knowledge, you stay ahead of the curve by embracing emerging technologies and refining your craft, both as a career and a personal pursuit.

Organization and precision define your approach. You excel at managing tasks and client relationships within a sophisticated support ticket system, with hands‑on experience using RMM and PSA tools to streamline daily operations. Your polished communication skills shine when engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—building trust through professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to service.

In this role, you’ll tackle high‑impact responsibilities, from resolving escalated technical issues to designing and deploying state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with clients, vendors, and teammates to deliver seamless support, propose strategic upgrades, and ensure operational excellence across a wide range of systems and environments.

Key Responsibilites:

- Oversee and resolve complex technical issues within our advanced ticketing platform, keeping clients and team members informed with timely updates.

- Manage diverse accounts, systems, and cloud services with meticulous attention to detail.

- Deliver expert remote and on‑site support, utilizing cutting‑edge tools and personal transportation for client visits as needed.

- Configure and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals with precision and foresight.

- Design and present compelling proposals for infrastructure enhancements, driving client success through innovative solutions.

- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of new systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

What You Bring:

- Proficiency in ticketing workflows, RMM, and PSA systems, paired with adaptability to evolving processes.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor that inspires confidence.

- A collaborative spirit, balanced with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- A proactive mindset, eager to respond promptly and deliver results that exceed expectations.

- General IT certifications or advanced training are a plus, reflecting your commitment to professional growth.
