The RoyalGlenora Club is seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused Hospitality Supervisorto support our front-of-house team in delivering warm, seamless, and memorabledining experiences.

As a keyleader on the floor, you will help set the stage each day ensuring our serviceenvironment is polished, efficient, and welcoming. This role is ideal forsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting and is ready todevelop their leadership skills in a refined, upscale private club environment.

You willplay a critical part in fostering a culture of teamwork, trust, and exceptionalhospitality while supporting staff in real time and ensuring our members feelvalued and well cared for during every visit. This is not a server position.

KeyResponsibilities

- Assist with supervising FOH team members includinghosts, bartenders, servers, and expo
- Build strong relationships with members by learningpreferences and anticipating needs
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionallyupon arrival
- Assist with the daily operational flow of 61 and otherFOH dining spaces
- Support hands-on training to ensure the teamunderstands expectations and service standards
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with alldepartments
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to communicate goalsand recognize achievements
- Assist with timely and thoughtful resolution of memberconcerns
- Lead by example through professionalism,accountability, and a member-first mindset
- Help ensure proper floor coverage and supportthroughout all service periods
- Foster a positive work environment built on trust,open communication, and mutual respect
- Provide real-time coaching and support for staffperformance and service execution

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food &beverage, or customer-service leadership
- Strong interpersonal, communication, andproblem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team memberseffectively
- A passion for creating warm, memorable guestexperiences
- Confidence in fast-paced environments and ability toremain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysas required
- Proserve / alcohol service certification (asapplicable)
