Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham
Salary: $30 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Job Type: 1-year contract with strong potential to go permanent
Are you passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Markham. Be the friendly, professional voice customers rely on—resolving inquiries, processing orders, and leaving a positive impression with every interaction. Make an impact, help customers succeed, and keep the team running smoothly
What You’ll Do:
- Handle high-volume calls and emails with professionalism and care.
- Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
- Assist new customers and support online ordering.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education.
- Contact centre experience seen as an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.
-Team player with attention to detail and tech-savvy.
