Our valued public sector client is hiring an Intermediate Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant with ITIL 4 experience to work on a ITSM transformation project.Background:The organization is in the process of migrating from its legacy Axios Assyst tool. As it stands, there is some uncertainty as to what new tool will be adopted but the options are likely BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.Tasks:Review existing ITSM practices and provide a path forward for its new practices;Utilize knowledge of ITIL 4 to advise on current practices;Support business process engineering for migrating from Axios Assyst to new adopted ITSM tool;Use business, workflow and organizational modeling software including MS Visio;Support process development for priority process changes;Create process documentation in support of changes to IT service models and process lifecyclesProvide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies;Must Haves:ITIL 4 foundationsITSM - 2+ yearsMS VisioNice to Haves:ITSM Transformation Project(s)Architectural Frameworks (TOGAF, DNDAF, etc.) Apply
