Our Pickering location is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join the dynamic Lenbrook Americas team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within deadlines and budgets. Reporting to the North America Brand Manager (Bluesound/NAD Electronics), the Project Administrator will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the North American markets (USA and Canada) while ensuring expenses remain within the established marketing budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as an intake point for all dealer and sales team requests, sales and marketing support, facilitating and/or coordinating timely and constructive responses.
2. Ownership in the creation of dealer communications and price lists (maintaining accuracy, timing, efficiencies).
3. Overseeing the Lenbrook Americas marketing budget, which includes tracking expenses and assisting in planning activities within the set budget.
4. Work with others to help coordinate in-field events for North America. This could include gathering all necessary materials, products, displays etc., arranging shipping to and from shows and show setup/tear-down.
5. Break projects into doable actions and set time frames.
6. Coordinate internal and external resources to complete project tasks on time and within budget and maintain a constant line of communication for clarity of responsibilities and expectations of deliverables.
7. Collaborate across the sales, product and brand managers and marketing teams to audit and achieve the accuracy of all sales and marketing assets, price lists, communications and promotional activity.
8. Quality checks that all deliverables meet technical, functional, and business requirements, and obtain feedback from stakeholders ahead of deployment or publishing to any external parties.
9. Follow and enforce product management SOPs, including milestone check-ins with stakeholders, approvals procedures, and interim stakeholder communications to manage expectations of timelines, deliverables and to drive tasks forward.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project or marketing administration, preferably in the distribution business.
2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
3. Post Secondary education in project management, business, or marketing.
4. Strong verbal communications skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
6. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
7. Must have initiative to drive projects to completion and be quick-thinking and adaptable to accommodate unexpected events that may get in the way of project completion and project goals.
8. Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel / spreadsheet management and creation.
9. Hands on knowledge of project management platforms like Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.; Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset.
10. There may be some travel in this role.
