We're a rapidly growing software company at theforefront of the trading industry, and we're looking for a highlymotivated Strategic Growth and Partnerships Lead to driveour expansion through innovative marketing, robust businessdevelopment, and strong partner relationships. This is a pivotalrole for an individual who's ready to make a significant impacton our trajectory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketingstrategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) and plansto generate high-quality leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Cultivate and expand our affiliate marketing program,identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-performing partners.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business developmentopportunities and strategic alliances to expand market reach andcreate new revenue channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, andcustomer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify newgrowth opportunities.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationshipswith key partners, acting as a primary point of contact andensuring mutual success.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketinginitiatives, co-branded content, and promotional activities toamplify reach and drive sales.
- Recruit, onboard, and support new partners, ensuringthey're equipped with the resources and knowledge to effectivelypromote our products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned withcompany growth goals and market opportunities.
- Set sales targets, define KPIs, and establishforecasting processes to ensure revenue objectives are met orexceeded.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze sales performance usingCRM tools and reporting systems to identify trends, optimizeperformance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketingcampaigns, partner programs, and sales activities.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the sales funnel andrecommend actionable improvements to streamline the customeracquisition journey.
- Report on sales results and pipeline health to seniorleadership with clear insights and data-driven recommendations.
Sales & Customer Success (with a Technical Focus)
- Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technicalsupport to customers via various channels, expertly guiding themon software usage and best practices.
- Conduct compelling product and service demonstrations,tailoring presentations to prospect and partner needs.
- Become the go-to product expert on our trading software,providing technically accurate solutions and creativeproblem-solving.
- Troubleshoot complex customer and partner issues,replicate defects, and liaise directly with our development teamfor resolutions.
- Contribute to the testing of new software versions,ensuring quality and readiness for public release.
Content & Training
- Assist in the production of high-quality trainingmaterials, user guides, video tutorials, and webinars to empowerboth customers and partners.
- Contribute to online sales events, including thecreation of engaging website banners and impactful emailcampaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Type / Category
This position is a full-time permanent position located inCanada with benefits after 3 months.
Hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to4:30pm. We offer a business casual environment. Salary will bebased on experience.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We're seeking a candidate with a unique and non-negotiableblend of expertise:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in sales,business development, digital marketing, or partnerships roles,with a strong preference for candidates from the financialtechnology (FinTech) or trading software sector.
- Deep understanding and demonstrable experience intrading concepts, markets, and platforms. You must speak thelanguage of our users and partners.
- Exceptional Technical Proficiency: Proven ability toquickly master complex software products, troubleshoot technicalissues, and provide accurate, detailed technical support.Experience working closely with development teams is crucial.
- Strong Business Acumen: A track record of identifyingand executing on growth opportunities, negotiating favorableterms, and understanding the commercial drivers of partnershipsand marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets anddriving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digitalmarketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Demonstrated success in developing and managingaffiliate or channel partner programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills, capable of engaging technical and non-technicalaudiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managingmultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance,Computer Science, or a related field.
