Our practitioners help clients implement innovative technologies to drive their business’ forward. We collaborate to link technological insights to clients’ organizational goals to fit within their operating models, accounting for their people, intellectual capital, and processes. At R8dius we are committed to investing in your potential by providing you with a comprehensive onboarding and training program designed to ensure your success in your new role. The training includes a combination of in-person sessions, virtual led modules, and self-paced activities. Additionally, you will participate in an apprenticeship program that pairs experienced colleagues with new team members, providing practical, hands-on project experience. You are expected to: Develop skills & capabilities on the job through project experience and apprenticeship Participate in a variety of structured hands-on training, skills assessments, and self-paced learning pathways supplemented with peer study groups and support from experienced technology leaders Work closely with your team on execution of technology implementation with emphasis on requirements gathering, documentation, solution configuration, testing and training clients on how to use their solution Leverage your experience and build expertise to proactively propose improvements and solutions Support sales pursuits and R8dius development initiatives (eg. Creating presentation materials, developing tech assets, planning special meetings and events, self study, etc) Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between practitioners within R8dius and Deloitte About the Team The full potential of technology solutions isn't just about technology, it's also about driving sustainable business value. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who: Self-identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuk, Métis) Completed post-secondary education in accounting/finance (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology or Computer Science programs preferred). However, post-secondary graduates from all faculties will be considered. Is a knowledge seeker. You are genuinely curious, eager and takes initiative to learn and develop your skills and knowledge Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Understands business processes and workflows Has proven analytical and critical thinking skills and can apply that to systematic problem solving Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills to instill confidence, clearly convey concepts/ideas, identify gaps and challenge conventional thinking Respects and responds with sensitivity to the concerns and viewpoints of others Has a client centered mindset and strives to produce high-quality work to deliver a positive client experience Is able to travel within Canada. Minimal travel may be requested for learning opportunities or client site visits. It would be considered an asset if you have: Experience configuring and implementing Oracle or SAP Experience in hybrid agile project methodology Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $50,000 - 82,000 , and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
