This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-oriented and driven Sales Manager to be a part of the future of agriculture. In this role you will manage the sales activities for the branch, and coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

You will:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales staff, directly responsible for specific accounts as needed
- Develop and retain key talent focused on customer support and engagement
- Champion the development, communication, and execution of branch sales and complete goods processes and strategic planning
- Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team supporting recognition, career planning and development
- Ensure sales metrics, budgets, and goals are met consistently
- Collaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement incentive plans
- Build and maintain relationships with all internal departments, and external partners

You have:

- Associates/bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Marketing or related field;, equivalent education/experience may be considered
- 3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experience
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others
- Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
